In Puerto Rico, climate is very hot and humid basically all year long. In the summer, temperatures can reach to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with thunderstorms mainly in August and September. In June highs can reach 88 degrees Fahrenheit and lows can reach 78 degrees Fahrenheit. There is normally a 27% chance of light rain in June. Weather seems pretty clear and nice and June. You should have really nice days during your trip.
What you should packAs you are packing your trip to Puerto Rico, you should be packing mainly shorts, skirts, flip-flops/sandals, and short sleeves because of the intense heat. You also may want to pack a poncho and or an umbrella because you never know when it could start raining.
VaccinesI'd say you would need a vaccination going to Puerto Rico because you really need a vaccine before every trip. Vaccines you would probably need are measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine, diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine, chickenpox vaccine, polio vaccine and a yearly flu shot.
